All products purchased from Just-Bras will be shipped as soon as possible, subject to payment card authorisation and stock availability. Items in stock will be posted within 5 working days and items available to order or out of stock will normally be delivered in 7-28 days. (This policy applies to items specifically purchased from Just Bras only and does not apply to any item purchased from any of JustBras partners who will state their own delivery policy which you should familiarise yourself with upon purchase of any goods) Standard United Kingdom £2.00 per order Delivery 3-5 working days from despatch (Royal Mail first class mail*) Rest of World £4.00 per item Delivery 5-10 working days from despatch (Royal Mail / local postal service*) *All deliveries will be made according to the carriers' standard procedures. For standard delivery, a signature should not be required. However, packages which will not fit through your letter box may be taken back to the postal depot for collection. Please note that where a signature is required, orders cannot be sent to PO box addresses. Should you require clarification on what happens if no-one is available to receive the goods, and/or a signature is required, please contact the carrier direct. Due to the current political climate, additional security checks are taking place in many countries. This may result in a small delay to the delivery of orders to certain countries.     2.  Returns Policy  This policy applies to items specifically purchased from Just Bras only and does not apply to any item purchased from any of JustBras partners who will state their own Returns policy which you should familiarise yourself with upon purchase of any goods. . Returns are unconditionally accepted with a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling cost) if returned unworn with original packaging & labels, intact and unopened if in a sealed packet. The cost of postage for returning items is the responsibility of the purchaser   This policy applies to items wrongly sized or that don't fit.  The sizes we quote in our descriptions are always those shown on the garment or tags. We rely on the sizes shown on the garment, however these can vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. If in doubt contact us first.   If you purchase items of hosiery, and intimate items of lingerie such as thongs, swimming costumes  etc (this includes sets that such items may form part of) , we are unable for hygiene reasons to accept returns if the packaging has been opened.   The above policy applies to items returned within seven days of receipt.   This policy does not affect your statutory rights.   3 . Pricing and availability We list availability information for products sold by us on the website, including on each product information page. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the website, we cannot be more specific about availability. Please note that dispatch estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by email if any products you order turn out to be unavailable. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our catalogue may be mis-priced. If a product's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the product. If a product's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatch or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. 4. Customs When ordering goods from  Just-Bras.co.uk for delivery overseas the recipient may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact the local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Just-Bras.co.uk, the recipient is considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the goods are received. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. 5. Children Just-Bras.co.uk does not sell products for purchase by children. 6. Electronic communications When you visit Just-Bras.co.uk or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. We communicate with you by email or by posting notices on the website. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights. 7. Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these Conditions of Use & Sale at any time. You will be subject to the policies and Conditions of Use & Sale in force at the time that you use the website or that you order goods from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). Events beyond our reasonable control We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. Governing law and jurisdiction These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
