1. All products purchased from Just-Bras will be shipped as soon as possible, Subject to payment card processing and stock availability. Items in stock will be posted within 5 working days and items available to order or out of stock will normally be delivered in 7-28 days. Prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT, we do not offer a tax free option for overseas customers. We reserve the right to cancel orders and refund in full at our discretion. In particular we reserve the right to cancel orders from Customers who order more than 2 sizes of the same bra, where we believe that the order has been placed with the intention of trying the different sizes to find the correct size and then for the majority of the order to be returned for refund.

*All deliveries will be made according to the carriers' standard procedures. For standard airmail delivery, a signature should not be required. However, packages which will not fit through your letter box may be taken back to the postal depot for collection. Please note that where a signature is required, orders cannot be sent to PO box addresses.
Should you require clarification on what happens if no-one is available to receive the goods, and/or a signature is required, please contact the carrier direct.
Due to the current political climate, additional security checks are taking place in many countries. This may result in a small delay to the delivery of orders to certain countries.
We will accept returns with no questions asked for items, where the customer informs us of their wish to return the item within 7 days of the goods being dispatched. We would ask that goods are returned with labels and TAGs attached and in showroom / re-saleable condition. At our discretion we will accept returns after the seven day statutory period, but a re-stocking fee of 50% of the purchase price will be charged. The cost of postage for returning items is the responsibility of the buyer and it is recommended for your own protection that items are returned by Recorded Delivery or other proof of posting obtained. We do not refund postage charges.
