"Mad Dogs and Englishman go out in the midday sun" or so says NoelCoward, but today for some reason Mad Men have another role, that of leading the way in the fashion industry, not to mention the lingerie world.

For the last few months I've not been able to pick up anything to read from within the industry without reference being made to the Mad Men effect. So interest piqued, I found out that Mad Men is actually a television series set in the early 1960's which to read the industry press is single handedly changing the way women look at themselves. So it is now official the hourglass is back and back with a vengeance.
