In order to make ordering as easy as possible we offer a number of delivery options across the UK. We are also able to ship to Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands but this may incur an additional charge - please contact us for more information on our non-standard delivery locations.
When your order has been shipped you will receive an update along with a unique tracking number, allowing you to monitor the status of your order with the courier Royal Mail directly. Once your order has left us we will only have access to the same tracking information as yourself, however should you encounter any issues please don't hesitate to get in touch and we'll endeavour to chase up any problems with the courier directly.
We take great care when preparing our products for delivery, but it's unavoidable that during the delivery process parcels sometimes get damaged. If your delivery does show sign of damage or tampering please do not sign for the delivery and inform us immediately. We'll then work with the courier to claim via their insurance and re-arrange a fresh delivery to be sent out to you. Sometimes couriers may allow you to instruct them to leave your delivery in a safe place, but we encourage you to check with them directly before doing so. Please note that we are not liable for the theft of parcels if you provide alternative delivery instructions.
