We know it's not easy buying bras online, that's why we provide you with as much information as possible to help with your purchase. If you do need to return your purchases for any reason our 30 day returns policy has you covered.

30 Day Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us within 30 days or receiving your order for an exchange or refund, excluding shipping costs. Any items being returned must be complete, unused and in their original packaging with any labels still attached and in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new. See our returns procedure below for full details on how to return your products to us.

Incorrect & Faulty Items

If we happen to send you an incorrect product or there is a fault with your product please inform us of the issue immediately and we will sort the problem out for our ASAP. Once we have confirmed the problem we will provide you with a free replacement or full refund plus shipping costs.

Returns Procedure

You do not have to contact us before returning your item. Simply fill out the returns sheet we sent with your item, enclose it with the item you wish to return and we will refund you in full on it's arrival.

If for some reason you do not recieve a returns sheet, please sent the item to the below address with the invoice you recieved with your item and we will refund you in full on the arrival.

Please note, we will refund the card that the payment was made on. If this card has expired please contact us so we can update your information.
